The first winner of the Rally Photo-of-the-Month is a photo from the 1981 Press On Regardless (POR) rally. Mike Friedman is driving and Marc Goldfarb is navigating on the Black Sands spectator stage.

This photo was submitted by Mike Friedman, who noted that the car was "many feet off the ground".

Mike is the owner of Small Systems Specialists, a producer of rally equipment.
